Vegetarian Air Fryer Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 vegetarian Lincolnshire sausages
  • 2 mini hash brown waffles
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 slice crustless wholemeal bread
  • Mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • Baked beans

Preparation

  1. Cook the sausages and hash brown waffles in the air fryer until golden and cooked through.

  2. Fry the mushrooms in a pan until softened and golden.

  3. Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness.

  4. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warm.

  5. Toast the bread slice if desired.

  6. Arrange all components on a plate and serve immediately.
