Vegetarian Air Fryer Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 vegetarian Lincolnshire sausages
- 2 mini hash brown waffles
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 slice crustless wholemeal bread
- Mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- Baked beans
Preparation
Cook the sausages and hash brown waffles in the air fryer until golden and cooked through.
Fry the mushrooms in a pan until softened and golden.
Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness.
Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warm.
Toast the bread slice if desired.
Arrange all components on a plate and serve immediately.
