Healthy Low Carb Protein Cake
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of skim milk powder
- 4 tablespoons of sweetener (xylitol)
- 3 tablespoons of oat bran
- 250g ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of almond flour
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a blender
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan
Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 35 minutes
