Healthy Low Carb Protein Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons of skim milk powder
  • 4 tablespoons of sweetener (xylitol)
  • 3 tablespoons of oat bran
  • 250g ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of almond flour

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender

  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan

  3. Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 35 minutes
