Quick Healthy Protein Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons of skim milk powder
  • 4 tablespoons of sweetener (xylitol)
  • 3 tablespoons of oat bran
  • 250g of ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of almond flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F

  2. Beat all ingredients in a blender

  3. Pour into a greased pan

  4. Bake for 35 minutes
