Carbfree Nutrient Packed

Ingredients

  • 1 #carrot
  • 1/2 a red #pepper
  • 3 (very salty) olives and 1 clove of garlic in my mini chopper
  • then lightly sauteed with a splash of olive oil and added a handful of baby #spinach leaves before finally cracking an #egg over the top. I didn't need to add any extra salt as the #olives contained plenty
  • but you may add some if you feel you need it. I've saved the whole process and added it to my 'highlights' where you can watch it for reference
