Simple Blackberry Chia Jam Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Place 1/2 cup of frozen blackberries in a small saucer and heat for 5 minutes with 1 tablespoon of water

  2. Mash the berries with a fork

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seed, mix everything together, and keep on a low heat for 5 more minutes

  4. Can be made with any berry, such as raspberries
