Roasted Turnip, Carrot, and Onion Medley
Ingredients
- 1 turnip
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 onion
- salt
- pepper
- a bit of thyme
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Peel and chop the turnip, carrots, and onion into bite-sized pieces
Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and thyme
Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and browned
