Roasted Turnip, Carrot, and Onion Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 turnip
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a bit of thyme

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

  2. Peel and chop the turnip, carrots, and onion into bite-sized pieces
