Cacao and Cardamom Oat Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 date
  • 1 cardamom pod
  • plant milk (as needed)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 dessert spoons coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Boosters

  • 2 tbsp Chia & pumpkin seeds protein powder
  • 1 tsp Black Maca powder

Toppings

  • chia pudding
  • sliced banana
  • cacao nibs
  • peanut butter vegan ice cream
  • cashew butter
  • @sweetfreedomuk Caramel choc shot

Preparation

  1. Crack open one cardamom pod and add the seeds.

  2. Cover the oats mixture with plant milk and leave to soak until softened.

  3. Add 1/2 avocado, 2 dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt, and 2 tbsp of cacao powder.

  4. Optionally incorporate boosters and toppings for serving.
