Coconut Rice with Crispy Shrimp and Mango
Ingredients
- 1 serving coconut rice
- 1 package @social.kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp
- 1/2 mango cubed
- Sprinkle of cilantro for color and added flavor
Preparation
Prepare the coconut rice as desired.
Cook the Sweet & Spicy Shrimp according to package directions until crispy.
Cube the mango if not already done.
Assemble by placing the coconut rice on a plate, topping with crispy shrimp and cubed mango, and sprinkling with cilantro.
