Coconut Rice with Crispy Shrimp and Mango

Ingredients

  • 1 serving coconut rice
  • 1 package @social.kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp
  • 1/2 mango cubed
  • Sprinkle of cilantro for color and added flavor

Preparation

  1. Prepare the coconut rice as desired.

  2. Cook the Sweet & Spicy Shrimp according to package directions until crispy.

  3. Cube the mango if not already done.

  4. Assemble by placing the coconut rice on a plate, topping with crispy shrimp and cubed mango, and sprinkling with cilantro.
