Easy Homemade Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • 500 g rhubarb
  • Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 3 dl jam sugar

Preparation

  1. Chop the rhubarb into smaller pieces.

  2. Add the rhubarb and the remaining ingredients to a pot and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the rhubarb is soft.

  3. Pour the mixture into a jar and store in the fridge.
