Easy Raspberry Jam with Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 small frozen bag organic raspberries
- 1/2 cup spring water
- 2 TB chia seeds
- 1/2 TB monk fruit sweetener (add more if you like it really sweet!)
Preparation
Empty the raspberry package into a small pan
On low medium heat add water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
Add chia seeds and stir for another 5 minutes on low
Allow to cool and refrigerate
Tips
Jam is good for up to one week when refrigerated
