Easy Raspberry Jam with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 small frozen bag organic raspberries
  • 1/2 cup spring water
  • 2 TB chia seeds
  • 1/2 TB monk fruit sweetener (add more if you like it really sweet!)

Preparation

  1. Empty the raspberry package into a small pan

  2. On low medium heat add water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes

  3. Add chia seeds and stir for another 5 minutes on low

  4. Allow to cool and refrigerate

Tips

  1. Jam is good for up to one week when refrigerated
