2-Ingredient Berry Chia Jam
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen or fresh berries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Preparation
Heat a small pot over low medium heat.
Add the berries and let them get warm.
Then add the chia seeds.
Smash the berries and cook for 8-10 minutes until the berries are thickened.
Tips
This jam takes about 10 minutes to make and can be stored for the week to enjoy on toast or with yogurt bowls.
