2-Ingredient Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh berries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Heat a small pot over low medium heat.

  2. Add the berries and let them get warm.

  3. Then add the chia seeds.

  4. Smash the berries and cook for 8-10 minutes until the berries are thickened.

Tips

  1. This jam takes about 10 minutes to make and can be stored for the week to enjoy on toast or with yogurt bowls.
