Berry Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen or fresh berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Heat a small pot over low medium heat
Add the berries and let them get warm
Then add the chia seeds
Smash the berries and cook for 8-10 minutes until the berries are thickened
Storage tips
Store in the fridge for about 5 days
