Berry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh berries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Heat a small pot over low medium heat

  2. Add the berries and let them get warm

  3. Then add the chia seeds

  4. Smash the berries and cook for 8-10 minutes until the berries are thickened

Storage tips

  1. Store in the fridge for about 5 days
