Green and Pink Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Green smoothie

  • About 3 handfuls of fresh stinging nettle
  • 1 tablespoon hemp protein
  • 1 tablespoon moringa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of freshly made cashew milk
  • 1 organic medjool date
  • 1/2 banana
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon

Pink smoothie

  • 1 cup of mixed organic blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder
  • 1 tablespoon baobab powder
  • 1 tablespoon lucuma powder
  • 1 cup of freshly made cashew milk
  • 1/2 banana

Toppings

  • Chia seeds
  • Shredded coconut
  • Hemp seeds
  • Acai powder
  • Quinoa pops
  • Flaxseed
  • Cashew nuts
  • Almonds
  • Aronia berries
  • Amaranth flakes

Preparation

  1. Blend all green smoothie ingredients together until smooth

  2. Blend all pink smoothie ingredients together until smooth

  3. Pour the smoothies into bowls and add the toppings
