Leftover Protein Waffle Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes buttermilk mix
  • 1 egg white
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • organic peanut butter
  • granola
  • crunch bar
  • plain yogurt
  • blackberries
  • blueberries
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes buttermilk mix with 1 egg white, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk.

  2. Cook the mixture in a waffle maker to make a waffle.

  3. Top the waffle with organic peanut butter, granola, crunch bar, plain yogurt, blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries to assemble the yogurt bowl.
