Leftover Protein Waffle Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes buttermilk mix
- 1 egg white
- cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- organic peanut butter
- granola
- crunch bar
- plain yogurt
- blackberries
- blueberries
- strawberries
Preparation
Mix 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes buttermilk mix with 1 egg white, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk.
Cook the mixture in a waffle maker to make a waffle.
Top the waffle with organic peanut butter, granola, crunch bar, plain yogurt, blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries to assemble the yogurt bowl.
