Pumpkin Pancakes with Yogurt Topping

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- cinnamon
- 1 egg white

- almond butter
- granola
- blackberries
- bananas
- plain yogurt
- pumpkin purée
- cinnamon
Preparation
Mix the Kodiak Cakes pumpkin flax mix with unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, and egg white to form batter
Cook the batter on a hot griddle or pan until golden brown on both sides
Caramelize sliced bananas in a pan with a little sugar or butter until golden
Mix plain yogurt with pumpkin purée and cinnamon.
Top the cooked pancakes with almond butter, granola, blackberries, caramelized bananas, and the yogurt mixture.
