Overnight Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • cinnamon
  • bananas
  • coconut oil
  • blackberries
  • cacao nibs
  • gr8nola
  • organic almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, and cinnamon in a jar and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, caramelize bananas by sautéing them with cinnamon and coconut oil for about 3 minutes over medium heat.

  3. Top the refrigerated oats with the caramelized bananas, blackberries, cacao nibs, gr8nola, and organic almond butter.

  4. Enjoy as a filling and easy breakfast to start your day.
