Overnight Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- cinnamon
- bananas
- coconut oil
- blackberries
- cacao nibs
- gr8nola
- organic almond butter
Preparation
Mix the oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, and cinnamon in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, caramelize bananas by sautéing them with cinnamon and coconut oil for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
Top the refrigerated oats with the caramelized bananas, blackberries, cacao nibs, gr8nola, and organic almond butter.
