Easy Overnight Oats with Kefir and Berries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup Lifeway kefir
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Toppings

  • Lifeway kefir
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • granola
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Put the ingredients in a jar

  2. Shake it up well

  3. Refrigerate overnight

  4. Top with more Lifeway kefir, strawberries, warmed blueberries, granola, and almond butter
