Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup Lifeway kefir
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop protein powder
Toppings
- Lifeway kefir
- strawberries
- blueberries
- granola
- almond butter
Preparation
Put the ingredients in a jar
Shake it up well
Refrigerate overnight
Top with more Lifeway kefir, strawberries, warmed blueberries, granola, and almond butter
