Cinnamon Single Serve Baked Oatmeal with Yogurt Topping
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1-2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 egg white
Topping
- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the oatmeal.
Bake for 35-40 minutes depending on desired texture; bake for 35 minutes for a softer result.
Mix the topping ingredients together.
Swirl the topping on top of the baked oatmeal.
