Cinnamon Single Serve Baked Oatmeal with Yogurt Topping

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1-2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 egg white

Topping

  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the oatmeal.

  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes depending on desired texture; bake for 35 minutes for a softer result.

  4. Mix the topping ingredients together.

  5. Swirl the topping on top of the baked oatmeal.
