Cinnamon Honey Turmeric Oats Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup @bobsredmill quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 packet @pranayums super spice with turmeric packet
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)

Preparation

  1. Stir everything together on the stove top or microwave for 2 minutes.
