Cinnamon Honey Turmeric Oats Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup @bobsredmill quick cooking oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 packet @pranayums super spice with turmeric packet
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 scoop collagen (optional)
Preparation
Stir everything together on the stove top or microwave for 2 minutes.
