Delicious Almond Butter Peach Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen
  • 1/2 cup chopped organic peach

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix all ingredients together

  3. Bake for 20 minutes

  4. Top with almond butter greek yogurt, sliced peaches, and granola
