Overnight Maple Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp organic pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Toppings
- Lifeway kefir

- caramelized bananas

- peanut butter
Preparation
Shake the mixture of oats, almond milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon and refrigerate overnight.
