Overnight Maple Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp organic pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • Lifeway kefir
  • cinnamon
  • caramelized bananas
  • chopped dates
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Shake the mixture of oats, almond milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon and refrigerate overnight.
