Easy Blueberry Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kodiak cakes mix
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 egg white
- cinnamon
- blueberries
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- strawberries
- granola
- peanut butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form batter
Cook the batter on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides
Top with banana, strawberries, granola, and peanut butter
