Easy Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak cakes mix
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg white
  • cinnamon
  • blueberries

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • strawberries
  • granola
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form batter

  2. Cook the batter on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides

  3. Top with banana, strawberries, granola, and peanut butter
