Blueberry Cinnamon Pancakes
Ingredients
- 50g of pancake mixture @myvegan (2 scoops)
- 100-125ml of water
- fresh blueberries (optional)
Toppings
- 1-2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 handful of granola
- tsp cinnamon
- tbsp peanut butter
- fresh blueberries
Preparation
Mix the pancake mixture with water to form batter
Optionally add fresh blueberries to the batter
Cook the batter on a hot pan or griddle until golden brown
Serve the pancakes with toppings: coconut yogurt, granola, cinnamon, peanut butter, and fresh blueberries
