Blueberry Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 50g of pancake mixture @myvegan (2 scoops)
  • 100-125ml of water
  • fresh blueberries (optional)

Toppings

  • 1-2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 handful of granola
  • tsp cinnamon
  • tbsp peanut butter
  • fresh blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix the pancake mixture with water to form batter

  2. Optionally add fresh blueberries to the batter

  3. Cook the batter on a hot pan or griddle until golden brown

  4. Serve the pancakes with toppings: coconut yogurt, granola, cinnamon, peanut butter, and fresh blueberries
