Easy Cardamom Oats with Fresh Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup almond milk
Toppings
- blackberries
- strawberries
- blueberries
- figs
- peanut butter
Preparation
Bring all ingredients together in a saucepan set to medium heat.
Once at a simmer, stir on occasion and allow oatmeal to thicken to desired consistency.

This batch came out really good.
