Easy Cardamom Oats with Fresh Fruit Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • blackberries
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • figs
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Bring all ingredients together in a saucepan set to medium heat.

  2. Once at a simmer, stir on occasion and allow oatmeal to thicken to desired consistency.

  1. This batch came out really good.
