Simple Banana Oats Porridge with Cinnamon and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 date (chopped)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
Toppings
- blueberries
- pumpkin seeds
- peanut butter
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir until thickened, about 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
