Cinnamon Oatmeal with Fresh Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Gooseberries
- Banana
- Pumpkin seeds
- Peanut butter
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Add the oats, banana, cinnamon, salt, flax seeds, and milk to a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer on low to medium heat.
Allow to heat through and thicken for 3 minutes.
Remove from stove.
Top with blueberries, gooseberries, banana, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, and cacao nibs
