Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast with Fruits and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 medjool date
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings
- blueberries
- gooseberries
- strawberries
- cacao nibs
- sprinkle of grain and seed mix from Trader Joe’s
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook and stir as it thickens for about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve as desired.
