Nectarine and Mozzarella Salad
Ingredients
- 4 nectarines or peaches
- 2 mozzarella balls
- 15 green olives
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Make a vinaigrette by whisking together balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Cut the nectarines in half and remove the stones.
Cut the nectarine halves into equal-sized slices and place them in a bowl.
Tear the mozzarella balls and add them to the bowl with the nectarines.
Add the green olives, fresh basil leaves, and the vinaigrette to the bowl.
