Simple and Delicious Vegan Caprese Salad
Ingredients
- Large heirloom tomato
- 1/2 package Miyoko's Creamery mozzarella
- Basil leaves
- Micro greens
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Slice the tomato and mozzarella.
Arrange the slices on a plate.
Tuck basil leaves between each slice.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Tips
Optionally garnish with micro greens.
