Refreshing Raw Mango Soda Shots

Ingredients

  • 1 raw mango
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 small ginger knob
  • 1/2 green chilli (optional)
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 2 tbsp rock candy or sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Water
  • Salt and chilli powder mixture
  • Lemon wedge
  • Club soda

Preparation

  1. In a mixer jar, take chopped raw mango

  2. Add fresh mint leaves

  3. Add 1 finely chopped small ginger knob

  4. Add 1/2 green chilli (optional)

  5. Add black salt to taste

  6. Add 1/2 tsp roasted and crushed cumin seeds powder

  7. Add 2 tbsp rock candy

  8. Add 1/2 lemon juice

  9. Add 3-4 ice cubes

  10. Add a little water and churn to make fine pulp

  11. In a small bowl, mix some salt and chilli powder

  12. Take a shot glass and moisten rim with lemon wedge

  13. Dip glass into salt mixture to decorate

  14. Pour kacchi kairi pulp into this glass

  15. To serve, take a big glass

  16. Add 4-5 ice cubes

  17. Fill 3/4 of the glass with club soda

  18. Drop a shot glass of kairi pulp into it

  19. Garnish with mint leaves

Tips

  1. You can also enjoy this pulp with a glass of water and a lot of ice cubes
