Breakfast Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain cooked quinoa (I cook my quinoa in just water, no broth, if I know I'm gonna have it for breakfast too)
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tbs Manuka honey or maple syrupoat milk
  • toppings
  • sliced banana ?
  • berries
  • granola
  • peanut butter and honey for drizzling

Preparation

  1. Heat up your cooked quinoa in the microwave

  2. Top with fresh fruit and granola, drizzle peanut butter and honey

  3. Then pour milk on top of everything and enjoy it like cereal! the mix of warm quinoa and refrigerated milk is soooo good and the fruit and honey add a nice touch of sweetness
