Easy Vegan Chia Pudding with Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240ml) of light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup (120ml) of thick Greek style coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp of maple, date or coconut syrup
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp fine porridge oats
Preparation
In the evening, mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve in the morning with your favorite toppings.
