Easy Vegan Chia Pudding with Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) of light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) of thick Greek style coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp of maple, date or coconut syrup
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp fine porridge oats

Preparation

  1. In the evening, mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Serve in the morning with your favorite toppings.
