Matcha Spinach Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3-4 ripe, frozen bananas
  • 1-2 handfuls of frozen spinach
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • 1 heaping tbsp protein of choice
  • A more or less generous splash of oat milk (depending on the strength of your blender)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the ripe frozen bananas, frozen spinach, barley grass powder, and protein of choice.

  2. Add a generous splash of oat milk to help with blending. The amount of oat milk can vary based on your blender's strength and desired smoothie consistency.

  3. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more oat milk gradually.

  4. Once the smoothie is well blended, pour it into bowls.
