Sugar-Free Healthy Baked Donuts

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup whole grain spelt flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or date sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1/8 cup agave syrup
  • 1/8 cup apple puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk or any other milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix the egg with the wet ingredients

  3. Mix the dry ingredients

  4. Combine the wet mix into the dry ones and mix well

  5. Pour about 4-5 tablespoons into the greased donut mold

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven

  7. Allow to cool completely, then dip in melted chocolate if desired
