Sugar-Free Healthy Baked Donuts
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole grain spelt flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or date sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/8 cup agave syrup
- 1/8 cup apple puree
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk or any other milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix the egg with the wet ingredients
Mix the dry ingredients
Combine the wet mix into the dry ones and mix well
Pour about 4-5 tablespoons into the greased donut mold
Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven
Allow to cool completely, then dip in melted chocolate if desired
