Chai Cinnabon Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp flour (all-purpose or gluten free)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla yogurt (I used @kitehillfoods dairy free)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp chai spice creamer (I used @elmhurst1925 but you can sub in any nut milk!)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and transfer to small ramekin.

  2. Pop into the oven at 350F for 25 minutes.

  3. Remove and top with vanilla yogurt mixed with cinnamon and vanilla bean. Enjoy!
