Vegan Oatmeal Porridge with Fruits
Ingredients
- 97g oatmeal
- 400ml Soy Milk
- 1/2 Mashed Banana
- a few frozen Blueberries
Toppings
- Strawberry
- Coquitos
- Banana
- Blueberries
- Pumpkin Seeds
- frozen Mango
Preparation
Combine oatmeal and soy milk in a pot and bring to a boil
Simmer until the oatmeal is soft and thickened, about 5-10 minutes
Mash the banana and stir it into the porridge mixture
Add frozen blueberries and place frozen mango at the bottom of the bowl if desired
Serve with toppings: strawberry, coquitos, banana, blueberries, and pumpkin seeds
