Vegan Oatmeal Porridge with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 97g oatmeal
  • 400ml Soy Milk
  • 1/2 Mashed Banana
  • a few frozen Blueberries

Toppings

  • Strawberry
  • Coquitos
  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • frozen Mango

Preparation

  1. Combine oatmeal and soy milk in a pot and bring to a boil

  2. Simmer until the oatmeal is soft and thickened, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Mash the banana and stir it into the porridge mixture

  4. Add frozen blueberries and place frozen mango at the bottom of the bowl if desired

  5. Serve with toppings: strawberry, coquitos, banana, blueberries, and pumpkin seeds
