Vegan Smoothie with Beetroot and Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 0.5 dl frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen beetroot
- 1 date
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
- 3 dl oatmilk
Chia seed pudding
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 dl oatmilk
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
Preparation
Add all the chia seed pudding ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Let the pudding set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Blend all the smoothie ingredients together in a blender.
To serve, place the chia seed pudding at the bottom and pour the smoothie over it.
