Vegan Smoothie with Beetroot and Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 0.5 dl frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen beetroot
  • 1 date
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 3 dl oatmilk

Chia seed pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dl oatmilk
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder

Preparation

  1. Add all the chia seed pudding ingredients to a bowl and mix.

  2. Let the pudding set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  3. Blend all the smoothie ingredients together in a blender.

  4. To serve, place the chia seed pudding at the bottom and pour the smoothie over it.
