Aqua Blue Spirulina Pancake Stack
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 cup regular flour
- 2 tbsp sugar of choice
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Aqua Blue Spirulina Powder
- Pinch of pink salt
Wet
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Mix spirulina powder with 1 tablespoon almond milk and set aside.
Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, and set aside.
Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, including the blue mixture, and mix until everything is incorporated.
Let the batter sit for 5 minutes before using.
Heat up a non-stick pan on low heat and pour 1/4 cup batter onto the pan.
Cook until the surface of the pancake is full of bubbles, then flip to the other side and cook for another minute.
Repeat until all batter is used up.
