Easy Vegan Mushroom and Cheese Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 0.5 dl vegan cream
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 200 g cheese

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion and mushrooms and add them to a pan.

  2. Fry until golden brown.

  3. Add salt, pepper, vegan cream, and chili sauce.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  5. Place a tortilla in the pan and add cheese to one half.

  6. Add the mushroom mixture on top and more cheese.

  7. Fold the tortilla over and gently press down.

  8. Fry the quesadilla and then flip it.

  9. Once done, cut into smaller pieces.

  10. Serve alone or with salsa or guacamole.
