Creamy Vegan Mushroom Pasta Dish
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 handful of arugula
- 2 dl vegan cream
- 1 tbsp chanterelle fond
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Pasta for 2 (I used beanpasta)
Preparation
In a pan, add oil, chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms.
Fry it off for a few minutes until the mushrooms are golden.
Lower the heat, add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Add boiled pasta to the pan and combine everything together.
Serve with vegan feta and parsley on top.
