Overnight Cherry Bircher Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 spoons apple Bircher
  • 2 spoons oats
  • 1/4 grated courgette
  • 1/2 bottle cherry kefir
  • Splash of oat milk

Toppings

  • warm raspberries
  • rhubarb
  • almond maca butter
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Mix all the base ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight

  3. In the morning, add the toppings and serve
