Overnight Cherry Bircher Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 spoons apple Bircher
- 2 spoons oats
- 1/4 grated courgette
- 1/2 bottle cherry kefir
- Splash of oat milk
Toppings
- warm raspberries
- rhubarb
- almond maca butter
- bee pollen
Preparation
Mix all the base ingredients together in a bowl
Cover and refrigerate overnight
In the morning, add the toppings and serve
