Raw Chocolate Raspberry Cake
Ingredients
- 200 g soft pitted dates
- 50 ml water
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup coconut chips
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- Sea salt flakes to taste
- Bourbon vanilla powder to taste
- 2 heaped tbsp date paste
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- ~1 1/4 cups soaked cashews
- the rest of the date paste
- ~1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- ~3/4 cup raw cacao powder
- Sea salt flakes to taste
- Bourbon vanilla powder to taste
- ~100-200 ml water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Process the crust ingredients in a food processor and add to the cake form.
Blend the filling ingredients in a high speed blender and add to the form.
Refrigerate the cake overnight and top with frozen raspberries.
