Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 100 grams flour
- 60 grams oats
- 30 grams vegan butter
- 80 grams applesauce
- 6 grams baking powder
- 100 grams coconut sugar
- 75 grams dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Knead the dough until firm.
Form balls from the dough.
Place the balls in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 12-15 minutes.
