Vegan Toffifee Dessert with Coconut and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • 25 g coconut sugar
  • 25 g coconut oil
  • 1/2 tblsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g cashew butter
  • 24 hazelnuts
  • 30 g dark vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Bring coconut milk, coconut sugar, vanilla extract and coconut oil to boil, then add cashew butter and stir until thick.

  2. Pour into mold, add hazelnuts and melted chocolate on top.
