Almond Cookies Infused with Christmas Tea
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- heaped tablespoon of @steenbergsltd Christmas tea
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 3 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons @steenbergsltd Christmas tea infused almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Warm up about 1/2 cup of almond milk and pour it over a heaped tablespoon of @steenbergsltd Christmas tea.
Mix together 1 cup of almond flour and 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar.
Add 3 teaspoons of melted coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of the Christmas tea infused almond milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and mix together.
Form little balls, roll them in a bit of almond flour, flatten a little, and bake on parchment paper in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C for 20 minutes or until golden.
