Almond Cookies Infused with Christmas Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • heaped tablespoon of @steenbergsltd Christmas tea
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 3 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons @steenbergsltd Christmas tea infused almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. Warm up about 1/2 cup of almond milk and pour it over a heaped tablespoon of @steenbergsltd Christmas tea.

  2. Mix together 1 cup of almond flour and 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar.

  3. Add 3 teaspoons of melted coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of the Christmas tea infused almond milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and mix together.

  4. Form little balls, roll them in a bit of almond flour, flatten a little, and bake on parchment paper in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C for 20 minutes or until golden.
