Choc Chip Coconut Walnut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 2 flax eggs
  • 3/4 coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts

Preparation

  1. Chocolate chips pressed into the top

  2. Bake these little bites of deliciousness at 350 for 13 minutes rotations halfway
