Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookies
Ingredients
- 200 grams butter or margarine at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup starch
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
For the top
- White chocolate
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips to form a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
Use an ice cream scoop to place the dough on a baking sheet with intervals.
Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 25 minutes and remove before it browns.
After cooling, drizzle with white chocolate melted in a double boiler.
