Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookies

Ingredients

  • 200 grams butter or margarine at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup starch
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

For the top

  • White chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips to form a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.

  2. Add the chocolate chips and mix until just combined.

  3. Use an ice cream scoop to place the dough on a baking sheet with intervals.

  4. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 25 minutes and remove before it browns.

  5. After cooling, drizzle with white chocolate melted in a double boiler.
