Holiday Almond Flour Cashew Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt

Frosting

  • 1/3 cup coconut butter
  • Red/green sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Mix together all ingredients (besides frosting) until smooth

  2. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Evenly spread dough across bottom. Freeze for 20-30 minutes

  3. Pour coconut butter evenly over top. Add sprinkles. Refrigerate until hardens. Cut into 16+ pieces and enjoy

Storage

  1. Can be kept in the refrigerator or freezer.
