Holiday Almond Flour Cashew Butter Bars
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
Frosting
- 1/3 cup coconut butter
- Red/green sprinkles
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients (besides frosting) until smooth
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Evenly spread dough across bottom. Freeze for 20-30 minutes
Pour coconut butter evenly over top. Add sprinkles. Refrigerate until hardens. Cut into 16+ pieces and enjoy
Storage
Can be kept in the refrigerator or freezer.
