Multicolor Vegan Cheesecake Slices

Ingredients

  • Base⁣
  • 1 cup pecans⁣
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates ⁣
  • 1 cup puffed brown rice ⁣
  • Cake⁣
  • 1 cup raw cashews⁣
  • 1 1/2 cup oat mlk ⁣
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter⁣
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup ⁣
  • 3 tsp vanilla⁣
  • 1/2 tsp salt⁣
  • 1 tsp of Unicorn Superfoods powders⁣
  • - Pink pitaya⁣
  • - Alkalizing blend (green)⁣
  • - Immunity blend (yellow)⁣
  • - Açai powder⁣ (purple)

Preparation

  1. How to make:⁣

  2. Add all base ingredients into food processor and blend until crumbled well. Brush a tart or cheesecake tin with coconut oil. Press base mixture into tin and put in the freezer.⁣

  3. Add cakes ingredients to high speed blender and blend until smooth. ⁣

  4. Transfer mixture to 4 separate bowls. Add 1 tsp of Unicorn Superfoods powder to each bowl and mix until clump-free.⁣ 4. Remove base fron freezer, add the four colours to the base in big tablespoon spoonfuls. Changing the colours as you blob. ⁣

  5. Place in the freezer overnight⁣

  6. Remove to thaw from freezer for 10 mins before slicing.⁣

  7. Store in a container in a freezer
