Carrot Oat Vegan Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup finely grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flkes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor

  2. Form balls using 1 tablespoon as portion size (for toddlers, I recommend 2 tablespoons per ball)

  3. Keep refrigerated
