Carrot Oat Vegan Bites
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup finely grated carrots
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flkes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor
Form balls using 1 tablespoon as portion size (for toddlers, I recommend 2 tablespoons per ball)
Keep refrigerated
